I think we are mostly in agreement.

I'm saying no argument is ever going to convince me the "///Marketing" engineers at BMW ever had any intention of building this car for people to take to the track. It's way to big and bloated with technology and luxury items. It is simply designed to be a high powered luxury street car.

Of course you can race it on the track if you want, just like you can take a Prius to a track.
