Ahh I am not even going there with that comment. The ALMS car is tuned that way for a reason with beefy tires and wide flares for handling.
My comment was directed toward the ppl responding about BMW engineers R&D for the suspension to be the best at stock height which is not the case because their purpose is for a all around road and track, so if one rather have their suspension tuned for the track lowering the ride height would help lap times but I agree to much of a drop can hurt also. KW also does their R&D for ppl that track their cars and maybe for some who want a more canned "look" which is why they have won many championships.. I guess I wasn't clear on my comment.
