Update
The splitters are currently installed with 3M tape and one bolt each. Each splitter has three mounting holes on the underside. The outer-most hole lines up with an OEM bolt location. The two inner-most holes don't line-up with OEM bolts. I chose not to tap holes in my bumper for these holes.
I'm waiting to get an appointment in Cliff's shop to have them removed. After that, they will be available to ship.
