Yes! Just within the past 6 weeks I have had the fuel pump and high pressure fuel relay/pump (?) replaced under warranty. No out of pocket - about $1400 paid by Assurant (my service adviser handled the entire transaction for me - Thank you BMW of Riverside
).
I do recommend reading the exclusions and they are numerous in every warranty package I have reviewed.
