Yes, look into this Greg. I've used this in Wash St...you can't get another ticket the next 7 years, but if you stay clean that entire time the ticket falls off your driving record. But, if you get another moving violation within that 7 year period, the original ticket goes back on your record (along with the 2nd one!)

Of course, the traffic laws are different in Oregon, so you will need to look into it.
