I have the 6MT and would get the DCT if I had ordered the car because it is a little faster. The power on these cars is in the 6000-8300 range and when you are on the street and decide you suddenly need to access it, the DCT can do it faster than you can with a 6MT. Could be the difference between being left behind and not having enough room to catch up or staying even or pulling ahead. I have never had a car that I did not want to be faster.
The 6MT is more involving to the driver since one leg and one hand have to do something. It is probably also more reliable and less expensive to maintain in the very long term (though DCTs have a very good reliability record during the 5 years for which data exists).
Hopefully you will drive it, rather than put it away in the garage to preserve for its next owner.
