in autocross on my e46, i found that i'm faster without a rear sway
but in tracking, i prefer having my rear sway set in the middle with the rear shocks set to a half turn from full stiff.
it all depends on what u want
i have tck's with 550/600, gc sways, gc fcab, oem rtab with gc delrin shims
