I would suggest you run an 18'' rim and swap at the track. You also have more options of stickier tires when you run 18''.
Plus, you limit the chance of hitting a nail on your way to the track and ruining your track weekend. $70 can get you a nice lightweight jack from harbor freight.
19'' is also a lot of weight to move around the track.
