I've replied to your PM. Here is a copy for everyone else to see:
It is possible to change to another language later on, but it cannot be done remotely. You will need to ship us back the CIC and we will do language conversion here.
One important thing to keep in mind: if you are considering to change the language to one of the Asian languages, you will LOSE US maps. For all other languages, language conversion will be ok.
