For those interested, I got more information on the springs directly from Dinan:

The springs I have for sale only work for E90 and E93s. It does not work E92s. The reason explained to me by Dina was that the reason they only work for the sedan and convertible has to do with the weight of the top on the E93 and another characteristic on the E90 that is different from the E92. The current new price for the suspension is $1199.
This is a Stage one suspension that includes the following:

* Rear Upper Shock Mount Kit
