Service History is concerning- opinions?

Hello all. I'm brand spanking new to the forum and am planning on joining the M family. I'm looking at a 2008 M3 E92 DCT and just pulled the service history. Seems a bit concerning(especially the 2 DCT complaints on file). I'm asking the SA to see what was done to remedy those complaints:

Current mileage: 36k
2008 E92DCT

History
03/2008 Production date

6/16/2008 @2666 miles Manual transmission in 1st gear failing to synchronize

10/27/2008 @8709 miles M3 Reprogram for DCT(I believe this is from the service bulletin)

08/12/2009 15613 miles 1st oil change, gearshift paddle, steering wheel permanent malfunction(uh, wha?)

8/13/2009 15687 miles Shift quality in "D", downshift, double clutch transmission DKG too rough(uh, oh)

7/15/2011 26201 miles 2nd oil change, Mass air flow sensor HFM for secondary air system permanent malfunction, Final drive unit, grating noise while cornering

9/8/2011 26908 miles rear wheel bearing unpleasant noise

3/30/2012 30258 miles intake filter housing leaking

4/25/2012 31069 POW STR PUMP NOISY

Is this par for course for an M3? Help please. Thanks.
