Also...for those already looking to book at the Quality Inn hosting the event, they are currently working on upgrading their booking system, which should be completed by the end of April. So when you call, they will take your name and phone number, so your at least on the list, and will then call you back once they have the system up and running to get credit card info, and provide your confirmation number.
