I had this out with either sticky or Robin Hood but the problem is that BMW have tried and failed to make a profitable and successful selling supercar. If they do make another (which I doubt at the moment) then it will have to be radical in some way, to try and catch the potential buyer's imagination. Possibly an ultra economical supercar that combines KERS with light weight materials to give true supercar performance (i.e. 200+mph, 0-100mph in less than 8s) combined with 30mpg and only 200 CO2 emissions).
Only then could I see BMW having any chance of succeeding in this very difficult market.
