Wow Jimmy, you have been busy!!! You should try to get to the Wed meet one of these weeks. I know its very hard for you.
The trucks are the Boba Tuck and White Rabbit Truck. May be too short of notice but you can call them. I don't think permits matter as they are food truck and have whatever permits are needed to do their thing.
