That's pretty funny, because in the cars we drove at M Intensive Training at Salzburgring in the understeer exercise that's exactly what they showed us DSC slows you down (inner wheels) to get you out of understeer. With DSC off you went straight. Also the understeer was to the point where the tires scrub.

If DSC on doesn't intervene for understeer it is not functioning as intended.

I haven't really tried a lot of understeer in my car as I prefer to deal with oversteer...
