I can actually give that to you pretty much now actually.
I have 2 nascars though, one chevy nascar that I won from a level ticket and did an oil change (so doesn't qualify). You'll have to burn some miles to lower the hp on this one....
or I can give you the nascar I used to win that one, with the required HP (and all other races). This one was a toyota, and its the one I got from the nascar special event.
