Oh, and I don't think you have to insert the key for 'database' purposes; SA read my key and everything was current without inserting it, but could be wrong. Main reason it's there is if battery dies.
Only question left is if settings don't get erased while battery gets replaced. If it's done within 10 seconds it shouldn't happen. Curious to hear if that's true. Thanks again. |
I will confirm how it works in the M3.
I want to switch the battery out - even if mine isnt dead yet, for $2 its worth the time and money!
