The vendor Valentino has contacted asked me to post the T&C's for the group buy. I have left off the pricing. You can get that from Valentino via PM. He will also give you the email address of the vendor, so you can arrange payment, discuss what you want, etc.

PAYMENT TERMS - SPECIAL ORDER: All orders must be confirmed and PAID IN FULL. Once we receive full payment from all 5 members, we will place the order with Japan side to to get production started.
Payment accepted - VISA, MC, DISCOVER, Paypal (Subject to 3% paypal charge)
ETA - Production time takes about 30-45 days on Japan side once the order is placed. Our next ocean container shipment is scheduled to arrive from Japan, end of February / beginning of March 2013. LCL options are available for an additional charge. (FYI from surlynkid - LCL is less than cargo load meaning you pay more for personalized and faster delivery)
SHIPPING COSTS & CONDITIONS - The prices provided below, represent the landed costs to our warehouse in Santa Fe Springs, CA. Shipping to each member will be additional, and is contingent on location. I will need the exact shipping address of each buyer in order to provide an accurate quote for shipping. Please keep in mind that it is always cheaper top ship to a business address as opposed to a residential address. All prices presented below are inclusive of import duties and taxes to the US.
**LCL shipment costs are available for additional costs for those clients that may want to bring their parts faster. Please send me an email if you want this info (Pricing & ETA)
ORDER DEADLINES - We must receive your orders by the end of this month in order to make the container deadlines
**Invoices issued must be paid in full by - 12/31/12 (FYI from surlynkid - I assume that if we miss this container, we just pick this up again for the next container and try to get 5 people.)
