ITS SO LAME THAT DAYS/WEEKS HAVE GONE BY AND NOT 1 POTHOLE HAS BEEN TENDED TO IN THE NY/NJ COMMUTE.

It's not like this is the first winter.

I guess the state budgets going broke is no joke.
