I doubt many of the E9X M3s are up to 60K yet. I am at 37K ('08) and it is awesome to drive, no mechanical problems at all. However, I drove a friend's 2010 with about 12-13K recently and it drove even better! Not sure if it is because the grass is greener on the other side, whether my suspension is getting light wear or if there were any subtle changes between model years.
