Yeah that statement didnt make sense to me. I mean it first says that she was sitting in an empty row so how can she have asked for help when there was no threat? Secondly, if she woke up and found substance on her hair, everything was already done. So why would the guy continue to masturbate? Thirdly, I highly doubt that if a passenger told the staff that this dude jizzed on her hair and they didnt do anything. If that's true, then I think AA deserves the suit (which would have happened regardless whether they moved the man or not).
