those fees are pure dealer markup.
documentation, dealer processing fee, etc.
it's not illegal and cant be illegal.
that fee is there to rip someone who knows nothing about negotiating but how much he/she paid over invoice.
so yeah, those fees are there to get the "newbs" haha
