Pretty random! Actually, if I only putted around town at 40 I'd never replace it. If I expressed concern about it blowing at 80-120 I'd get kicked around the forum for speeding off-track. But come on - let's face it; at full throttle you're at 80+ and back down if needed in virtually no real estate, and there's a difference between bursts to 110 on deserted backroads and swerving in interstate traffic at the same speed.

Good luck with the replacement - make sure they understand you want the wheels back in the same condition. I've found tips work well.....
