you're likely to get the same response. It is directly related to the amount of driving one does. I have the same issue with low charge messages. If i drive the car for a good 30 plus minutes or more, it seems to recharge properly.
Not suggesting that the SA handled it well, but i don't think you will have luck elsewhere either.
