you can get 100HP on a tune if you close all the restrictions.. One of the head employes of BMW NA was talking about how he re-tunned his M3 (he's a BMW NA factory tuner) and got 90HP just w/t the re-tune alone. He also stated that his engine will die after a year.. but who cares he can just get a new 4 freeeeey!
But seriously BMW tunes the car to last long, not for F1 use lol, they've gotta keep all the customers happy somehow.
