1. the M on the speedo is not back lit.
2. Not sure what you mean, but mines not an issue.
3. I have the same problem, I have 6000 miles, thought it was the clutch it self that needed lubrication, but it appears to be the panel behind the pedals and the dead pedal that squeaks, I need BMW to look at it again at my next service.
