According to that chart, they are no where near tops in quality. Chevy, Ford, Honda, Benz, Jeep, GMC, BMW, Porsche, Volvo, Audi, Acura, Hyundai, etc etc - essentially every other major automaker - exceeds Jag's quality in JD Power's tests.
Don't let clever marketing fool you.
