To be honest I would go with the Avante Garde version as they are a tad lighter and they are low pressure cast vs. regular gravity cast. To answer your question the 10lbs is just for the wheels and then you add in wider heavier tires you may feel somewhat more sluggish, then again you may not notice it at all, don't know (dont want to know
) how sensitive your butt accelerometer is.
