Yep, you never know what you have until you lost it...words to live by.
In my case, I wisened up and married my 'ride or die' chick. It's been 5 years running and we've been together for 10 years of challenges and good times.
I understand where you are coming from, sometimes, its just too easy to get caught up in the moment and take your woman for granted.
But also know that sometimes everything happens for a reason, and if it wasn't meant to be, it wasn't.
