Good to hear that you're happy with your screen.
I got my two screens yesterday. Very nice and bright colors.
Its not the U2711; for for half of the price of a 27, I get two 24's. So you cant go wrong with that.
I now see blemishes in my pictures that I didnt see with my laptop screen. Which is a good sign I guess!
Now, I got a pretty big backlog of pictures to process!
