I fell in love with European cars on Brickell Avenue. One night when I was around 17 or 18 I was out riding with a group of friends in a POS station wagon, a hand me down my friend got from his parents. We were on Brickell and this brand new 993 pulled up next to us with a guy driving who was probably in his mid to late 20's. It was the first one I'd seen in person, it looked incredible. The driver saw all of us were staring at his car - he smiled, waved, and took off. Not a douche at all, he was obviously loving the car and the attention it got. Before then I was really into American cars, but seeing a Euro icon in that setting was amazing. It was like something out of Miami Vice.
