I dont feel like I can credit +12 RWHP to +6 RWTQ to just HFC and catless. So after discussing it with EAS and researching about how much the change could actually make, I make my final decision that catless could add at most 1-5 RWHP and a little bit of torque, the rest remeasured up to the intake being reinstalled more carefully (by me both times). So my conclusion is that it does make power, how much is variable between cars.
I actually have a theory that maybe going catless let the car breather easier by moving more air through the system, but thats only a though with no real evidence lol.
