First ten years of driving I had nothing but stick but these dual clutch transmissions are quite brilliant. If I didn't live in the city I'd still have one manual car just for the experience, but an auto SUV and DCT performance car currently suits me perfectly. Certainly a helluva step forward from SMG, BMW did an amazing job with the dual clutch.
