It's like summer camp for middle-aged guys. They stress the importance of remembering 3 letters during all manuvers: NYC. Not your car.
Ask them if it's okay for you to try threshold braking after you do a couple ABS braking drills and have an idea of your ABS stopping distance. Turns out threshold braking will stop you even shorter, and it's not hard to keep the car on the edge of the ABS engagement.
