But just for comparison purposes, here's what happens when you put a modded M3 vs a modded Z06 in a straight line.

M3 has an ESS VT2, MRF mid-pipe and Akra slip. 567 wheel uncorrected. Otherwise 100% stock.

Z06 has built motor (heads, cam, FBO) 585 wheel. Lightened to 3,200 lbs with driver. 345 rear tires.

Run is from approx 40 to 160 mph

Like I've said in other threads, nothing against you Longboarder (I know you post all your dynos, videos, etc... and are unbiased) but this video is nonsense imho. This result would never happen if that Z06 had those mods and it doesn't spin all the gears. Just speaking from personal experience of owning both cars (vt2-625 m3 and built motor head/cam/fbo lightened z06....the disparity is quite huge actually, probably ~1-2 buslengths by 180mph). OP, you will walk any stock motor supercharged M3 with anything more than a tune/intake/exhaust on the z06. With headers on the Z06 against a 8.5psi dct M3 it would be close I would think, with the edge to the Z.
