ATG's neighbor is right, if you're looking for a "sports" car M6 is not a good choice at all, M5 is even heavier. The problem with the horse power race going on between car manufacturers is while the cars are getting more powerful they are also getting porkier.
People with money end up paying a lot for useless power which only entitles them to bragging rights.
If a "pure sports" car is what you're looking for, you're not going to find it at the BMW dealership. Try Lotus for reasonable money or if money is no object head to a porsche dealer and drive away in a GT3.
