Unless somehow they can get a case of attempted murder. Our court system is fucked up when it comes to hospitalizations and incidents that leave a victim nearly wishing they were dead. Stuck in a coma, ya he might as well have killed the guy his life is not going to be the same. What a fuckin douche bag
Now, if the victim had a CCW and could have defended himself, he could have shot the bastard.
