So if you choose the cars, you can still get women with your usual effort, though a nice car may help. If you choose the girls, you can also still work hard to get the nice cars. With the OP's edit, I would take the cars because it would be far more difficult to make the money for the cars I would want to buy, whereas I can still meet attractive girls anywhere.

Now if you could only have one and never the other, then the girls become my logical choice.
