M Dynamics sounds like enhanced throttle mapping integrated with DSC, EDC (suspension) and ABS. Doesn't the M5 already have basically the same functionality? Not sure why this will be trumpeted as some exciting new development -- unless there is more to it. More likely, the idea is that no car in the same segment has this combination of features (although I'm not sure that is true).
