Your avatar says OC, but I'm guessing you're not in CA.

Your tune is causing the issue. They do that so the computer doesn't throw a CEL since you have no cats. No way around it cause if they make the sensors show ready, then you will get the CEL. Only thing that I am aware of is putting the cats back on.
