The manual was my initial choice and have always driven manual roadsters. However, I am in the DC area and the traffic here is horrible. I plan to keep the M for awhile and don't want to be driving a manual in this traffic. I have been impressed with how fast it shifts. Must admit, I do miss the third pedal...
