I'm not sure if this was sarcastic or not, but this is actually what I get on extended drives (highest I've gotten was around 340-350 miles with a 15 gallon refuel). This is on long road trips with the wife though so I'm not trying to drive fast or anything (cruising at pretty much 75 consistently).
Obviously, nobody would ever buy this car because of gas mileage, but 22+ is pretty impressive for this car and not at all what I'd expect.
On average with daily highway commuting though, it's more like 260-270 (17 mpg or so).
