It was shot at 24, but I sped up a lot of the video because it was way too slow. I know it's not very good to the trained eye.
I have to pan really slow so I can manually focus using the 5D's crappy LCD. Another reason I sped things up is so I could fit the clips I wanted into the short song. Probably should have cut more out. Bad editing on my part.
