This is the fix, its just the backing plate for the rear rotor hitting the wheel hub.

When customer's would complain about this I would stick a long screw driver through the wheel spokes and just push the backing plate away from the rotor. It would eliminate the noise 99% of the time.

My theory on why this noise occurs is from heat that the brakes produce causes the backing plate to expand which then touches the wheel hub.
