It's not the fault from the shipping company, it's the actual molding, bad mold. My friend's and mine came like that too but was not that bad thou. Nonetheless, why not try with the insurance company first?
PS~It's just a manuf. defect, this is the 4th bumper I have seen with the same exact area damaged from straight from Vosteiner, the shop that did the paint job should've done a better job on the bumper before painting it.
