Sometime people complain an E46 under steers and start throwing upgrades at it. Really, they should try to increase the front suspension travel. Increase height, spring rates, and compression damping (if your dampers can take it).

I'm not saying your setup is right or wrong...just throwing out possibilities. If anything, you should be very hesitating to change anything unless you clearly understand what the issue is.
