Based on what I've read paint damage shouldn't be a issue. As far as removing the sealant, it should be fairly easy. You guys must remember, it's only a small amount across the top. It was installed with sealant behind the lip. Think of caulking a sink or tub......same affect with less sealant..............Phil

If it's the same as caulking then no issue with removing! Yeah, I think I was impatient when installing my Challenge lip and some part didn't tape properly to my bumper.
