Eh it's a reputable tuner (Secret Services in Houston). They do a lot of N54 tunes etc (with good reviews) and they do have the software to tune pretty much any BMW.
Supposedly a custom flash like this is superior to generic flahses/piggies. I get to retain all the factory safeguards etc too. They will do it right on the Dyno machine.
