Do you know what the dealer is asking? I believe the residual with the terms you listed would be 57-60 percent.
It's listed on their website at full MSRP. Currently waiting to hear back from them. This is a dealer I've already discussed leasing with and have been offered $600 over invoice on an in-stock '12 or $900 over on a European Delivery, so I'm certain they can offer me a good price. I'm just curious if it would make sense even if they can offer a good price. I'm a sales rep at a Honda dealership, and I know with our product, it doesn't make any sense to lease a previous model year new vehicle due to the lower residuals. Not sure if the same applies to BMW.
