I am going to need new tires pretty soon, and will likely upsize with the Vreds, 255 and 275, so do you think I should for sure go with the 15/12? I've heard the Vreds are pretty square cornered, plus the upsize.

I would say go with 12/10 if you are running square cornered tires just to be on the safe side and prevent rubbing
